Everest Three Passes Trek is one of the Gorgeous, outstanding and world highest Mt. Everest viewing trek.

The Everest three High Pass Trekking can be done all round the year. But it’s better to trek the Everest 3 High Pass in Autumn and Spring Seasons.

It is adventure high pass trekking< in Everest region as Kongma La pass (5535m),Cho La Pass (5420m) and Renjo La Pass (5360 m).

Including the Everest base camp (5364 m) Kalapatthhar (5545m) then Gokyo valley (4700m), Gokyo Ri (5380m) Gokyo Lakes then Thame valley as well.

It’s not only three highest pass visiting all overall Everest region or every hook and corners.  In Everest base camp area and Namzungpa Glacier in Gokyo valley area and rocky track.

The trekking is outstanding viewing and adventure fun must walk in two largest glacier as Khumbu glacier.

In Everest 3 High Pass weather Conditions in the month of September, October and November are mostly suitable for trekking . Spring is one of the best time of the year when beautiful flowers are blooming and new leaves start to grow.

The whole Environment becomes green which gives you fresh air and Pleases your eyes. In this area Sherpa people are living  and their typical cultures. These sceneries make a wonderful trip.

As you trek to a higher altitude, You might have some difficulty in breathing.  The amount of Oxygen becomes thinner as you walk up to a higher altitude So, you may also face Acute Mountain Sickness.

During the monsoon there are heavy rainfalls which makes the trail muddy and Slippery. You need to be Careful with your Steps.

Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 2
From Kathmandu to Lukla flight (2840m) Then Trek to Phakding (2660m) O/N.

Day 3
Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) walking 6/7 hrs stay overnight at lodge.

Day 4
Rest day at Namche bazaar but hike to Everest view Hotel and visit Khumjung Khunde village

Day 5
Trek from Namch bazaar to Tengboche (3860m) walking 5/6 hrs stay overnight at lodge.

Day 6
Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4410m) walking 5/6 hrs stay overnight at lodge.

Day 7
Acclimatization Day Hike to Nangkar Tshang (5515m) walking 4/5 hrs.

Day 8
Trek from Dingboche to Chhukung (4730m) walking 2/3 hours stay overnight at lodge.

Day 9
Morning climb to Kongma La pass (5535m) and trek to Lobuche (4970m) walking 8/9 hrs.

Day 10
Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep (5180m) walking 3/4 hrs after lunch visit to Everest base camp (5364m) walking 3/4 hrs return to stay at Gorakshep.

Day 11
Early morning climb to Kalapatthar (5550m) nice view Everest view then Trek to Dzongla (4830m) O/N.

Day 12
Morning climb to Cho La Pass (5420m) then Trek to Thangna (4700m) walking 7/8 hrs O/N.

Day 13
Trek from Thangnak to Gokyo (4760m) walking 2/3 hrs relax hole day O/N.

Day 14
Ascend to GoKyo Ri (5380m) O/N.

Day 15
Morning climb to Renjo La pass (5360m) then Trek to Lunde (4368m) 7/8 hrs O/N.

Day 16
Trek fromLumde to Namche bazaar (3440m) 5/6 hours O/N.

Day 17
Trek from Namche to Lukla (2860m) walking 6/7 hrs) stay overnight at lodge.

Day 18
Morning from Lukla to Kathmandu flight then transfer to hotel O/N.

Day 19
Final Departure.


  • Airport pickup and drop off by private vehicle.
  • Two nights in Kathmandu hotel with breakfast before trek one night and after trek one night.
  • All meals during the trek (lunch, dinner, breakfast and tea or coffee).
  • Accommodation in comfortable lodges.
  • One English speaking government trained license holder and well informed trekking guide.
  • One porter for two people to carry luggage.
  • All expenses for guide and porters – meals, accommodation, salary, equipment, insurance, transportation (bus/flights) etc.
