Upper Dolpo is a restricted area therefore it requires a special permit and camping trekking management. Dolpo is preserved in the Shey Phoksundo National Park. There are about 4500 people speaking Tibetan and the inhabitants live in 35 scattered villages who arrived there in the 10th century from Tibet. Dolpo is a very beautiful area and is renowned for its natural beauty.

Trek from Dunai to Rahagaun (2500m) O/N.

Trek from Rahagaun to Rechi (2940m) O/N.

Day 5
Trek from Rechi to Ringmo (Phoksumdo) (3640m) O/N.

Day 6
Rest at Ringmo (Phoksumdo) vist lake & village O/N.

Day 9
Trek from Phoksundo Lake to Chymyamba O/N.

Day 10
Trek from Chumyamba to Mendojersa O/N.

Day 11
Trek from Mendojersa to Shey Gompa(4350m) O/N.

Day 12
Trek from Shey Gompa to Namgung (4600m) O/N.

Day 13
Trek from Namgung to Saldang (3770m) O/N.

Trek from Saldang to Sibu O/N.

Trek from Sibu to Dobato O/N.

Trek from Dobato to Jengla bhanjyang O/N.

Trek from Dho Tarap to Nauri Odar O/N.

Trek from Nauri Odar to Lahini O/N.

Trek from Lahini to Tarakot O/N.

Trek from Tarakot to Juphal O/N.

Morning from Juphal to Nepalgunj then afternoo fly to Kathmandu O/N.
